X1 Social Discovery
The X1 Social Discovery Certification Course is a 3 day course that teaches up to 20 computer investigators the fundamentals of using X1 Social Discovery as an investigative tool. Emphasis is placed on locating and capturing social media posts and analyzing the posts for potential evidentiary artifacts. Specific topics include:

- Uses of Social Media (Criminal and Law Enforcement)
- Enumeration of Social Media Accounts
- X1 Social Discovery Overview
- Creating a New Case in X1
- X1 User Interface
- Public and Examiner Accounts
- Facebook Collections
- Twitter Collections
- Email Collections
- YouTube Collection
- Web Site Captures
- Dark Web Captures
- Backing Up and Restoring Cases
- Searching and Filtering
- Tagging and Bookmarking
- Reporting and Exporting Data
- Certification Test / Practical
This course includes numerous hands-on student exercises as well as an interactive final course practical.

All payments must be received prior to training class. Cancellations must occur 7 days prior to start of class or 50% of the training costs will be forfeited to recover losses.
NOTE: Classes are subject to cancellation if there are not at least 8 participants signed up for the class. If cancellation does occur, each participant will be notified at least two weeks prior to start of the class. Please hold off making any fights or hotel accomodations until two weeks prior to the class.
Digital Shield is NOT responsible for costs associated with cancellation of classes such as flight and hotel accomodations for participants. Cost of the training class would be reimbursed back to the participant 100%.
